Tarabostes

Hi all. Well its been a very hard week and a bit for me as I had no internet at home However all is fixed now! But my time was not wasted I have created a new spearman Based off of this picture that appeared on the EB forums a couple of weeks ago.


He is a Dacian/Getai nobleman(Tarabostes) who fought on foot as opposed to fighting from horseback as many of the nobility did. This was either due to the fact that he lived in one of the many mountainous regions of Dacia (Modern Romania) or by choice, to show his skill and bravery.

Thanks guys. He has been included in the Romanian/Getai EDU for Ionut's civs 3.13. To replace the older one made by Rabbit White. Overall I would say he is one of my best ever infantry units (although I have a couple that are stunning that I'm holding on to until Ionut's Civs are released). I am however sad I could not get the Gloss map to work properly for him.
