yeah lighting via nifskope. I wanted him to be a bit shiny...dictating is sweaty work. /if you want to adjust it for civgold open nifskope. click on the idi body node, then delete the specular property under there, then click the NIMaterial property underneath that and then at the details box below the screen find the line that says glossiness and set it to zero (originally 80.000). that should do the trick.

I doubt even the Ugandese would want this one back... and he weren't that fat at first.
If you look up on Wikipedia either Idi Amin or Mobutu, this leaderhead is almost perfectly in-line with the pictures. I'd personally prefer a Mobutu to Idi Amin, but hey, I'll take whatever I can get here. I do, however, have a couple of notes:
1) Both Idi Amin and Mobutu do have slightly rounder faces.
2) Both Idi Amin and Mobutu have a bit more insignia on their uniforms, especially on their hats which both have braiding and a round symbol on the front central portion.
Also, if you did Mobutu, you could add those awesome sunglasses that have shown up a few times on leaders now. I think Bernie14 made them for Kim Jong-Il initially.

I have a shaka in military uniform that looks a bit different from Idi. I could easily add glasses to him.
