VERSION 3 uploaded
- restored modular xml
- brought back the button

version 2 (9DL)
version 1(202DL)

My first (and probably my last considering all the LH requests) unit. The YF-23 Blackwidow II was the competitor to the F-22. It basically matched the F-22 in performance but didn't get built for a variety reasons (probably DoD contract politics). A great "what-if" jet fighter for a "what-if" Civ (like California)

I made it modular (except I was too lazy to make a pedia)

Part of the reason for not being built was track record; Lockheed had managed to build the F-117 on time and under-budget and Boeing had a history of being capable of excellent mass-produced aircraft. Northrop, on the other hand, was building the B-2 behind schedule and way over-budget, and McDonal Douglas was working on the stillborn A-12 project.

Very good first ekmek, it seems your unit texturing is a lot better than your LH texturing! ;)

(but I'll have to download first to see if I give any tips)

When I first started out asio showed me to these tutorials that really helped my technique, I use it for every unit and each time it gets a little better. (http://www.colacola.se/howto_texttut.htm)

No one I talk to can grasp this concept:
WHEN YOU WANT IT BAD, MAKE IT YOURSELF! :p
With that attitude, you better start learning to cook your own food, drill for your own oil, smelt your own metal, metalwork your own car, operate on yourself, drill your own teeth, grow your own food, defend your own country... and of course, invent the internet.

I cook my own food, and I highly doubt that you drill for your own oil, smelt your own metal, metalwork your own car, operate on yourself, drill your own teeth, and grow your own food. I don't need to "defend my country", what the hell are you getting at? I'm trying to convince people to get involved in modding. With your kind of attitude you mind as well just quit it. Cease your harassment of me, or restore that offer that you gave to me before, and leave.

I finally got far enough into a game to play with this unit (LHs take time you know). But whenever I try to rebase I get a bad memory allocation? any you unit makers know what the problem is?

this is all my app.txt says:

Code:
[9167.008] FBMode = FBMODE_MULTISAMPLES_2
[9167.429] CvApp::OnActivate
[9169.847] Shader Version - vertex:30 pixel:30 level:0 mem:1044381696 HWTnL=1
[9489.088] ERR: Memory allocation failure - exiting program.
Reason:bad allocation

no idea, but i played a little with the model (made some changes), try the attached file, tested it ingame (but not modular) and worked fine (tested rebase, ground attack, intercept mission)

Spoiler :
for the record: merged all textures to one, reworked UV to use the single texture, converted texture to dds, deleted double vertices, deleted faces in the mesh, smoothed mesh, changed postion of bomb and missile effects [from the wings to the middle of the body]
