Alright peeps there need be six names to accompany Daftpanzer on this most dangerous adventure. Supply problems are likely, food will be scarce, digging will be near impossible and dangers roam the lands.

I wish to be something interesting, preferably martial in nature. Your choice as to what that is.
 
We have enough supplies to take our time and think. The aquifer is two levels down, we have plenty of sand and magma. Myself and one of you will begin making glass and using it to build a wall around out tiny outpost. - Daftpanzer

ooh, a glass fortresss. this should be neat.

don't forget to flood the old fortress with magma lucky!

EDIT: hmm, curious thought, what happened if we sacrifice a dwarf to connect the Aquifer to the magma chamber?
 
19th Granite 1051 Early Spring

We have found a way past the water level in the soil. Digging next to the magma vent, though dangerous and forcing our stairways to zizag to prevent bursts into the boiling nightmare on the other side, and now we are down into the stone. I believe we will be able to have a nice fortress.

The four little corners have people in them, two are injured, Daft and Jeps need water badly but everyone went to sleep.

It's basically a fortress game. Luckymoose should explian. All I know is that it's special dwarves with very large hammers.

Can the sheriff join the army movement, or is he needed for protection from criminals at home?
