Rules:
Just like in NES IV, dont hurry up. The addition is about armies, military engagements and secret actions. I decide the battles with my secret system.
Armies and Navies: Represented by black or white counters of squares while in their nations territory (armies), or with counters of squares in their nations color when in other countries and the fleets. When there are troops on fleets, then there not just the counters but whole squares. You can build new armies and navies, but be reasonable! The same thing about movement of troops.
Military Engagements: When two armies or two navies meet, both nations must PM me the general orders for their military units in the battle. Orders are:
Withdraw, Attack, Defend, Raid, Hold Until Causalities Grow, etc
Secret Actions: When you want to assassinate or kidnap an enemy (or allied) politician, commander, scientist, diplomat or even Ruler, PM me about it. Then I post the results. I get the results using the dices.
By killing (or kidnapping) a politician, you harm enemy stability by 1 (then lower stability is, then more chances of rebellion). When stability reaches 5, a revolt begins.
By killing (or kidnapping) a commander, in the first battle of the country that lost the commander, there will be a negative bonus for the troops in the fighting from the side of victim nation.
By killing (or kidnapping) a scientist, you slow down the victim nations scientific progress rate.
By killing (or kidnapping) a diplomat, 3 last messages from victim country to ONE other country are not received.
By killing (or kidnapping) a Ruler, there is 5 stability for the victim country and there can be no orders from victim countries for a day, then a replacement must be found.
You could transmit a message through me or any other country, demanding for ransom in exchange for return of the kidnapped.
