I guess I should add that I made this LH for RPG. I based it on what I remember from the civ3 one.

I think it's a nice start, but it could be a really great LH if you make it more different than Joao II. The main change that you would have to make is to change/edit the torso. The "hermine" (don't know if it's called like this in english, well the white fur), look to much like Joao. You should change the body for a brown reskinned "mao" style shirt. Maybe you should aslo add a bit of texture on the hat and remove the golden thing ?
