I happened upon this picture of the "Formal Apology" form in New York State. If you have done someone wrong, you just fill this out and you're officially sorry, and I think it even counts in court. Anyway, for our purposes, you can make jokes with it!

I threw this one together with MS paint in about 3 minutes.

Thanks for that link, souron. I knew this was good, someone just had to start rolling with it. Note the top. "Attempts at humor are highly discouraged." :lol:

Even if you don't send anything, at least the picture is larger and easier to write on.
