Byzantium (Modular)

This was requested hope you'll enjoy.

These are comprised from Diversica & Varietas Delectat with very very little changes. In some the the civs i could not use all the units so i changed just a few things around.

I tried to be true to Civ4. Changes would be nice if you have good ideas.

I like the Theodora LH. Just played as Byzantians, and I am very impressed. By the way, is there a chance of Frence anytime soon? I know you're probibly busy, so please, don't rush.

Looked at file again. It had something this time but was all a bunch of gibberish. Not anything I could use in the game. Said something about being a MIME file. Maybe something wrong on filefront's end?

Anyway I found a leaderhead file of Theodora and got that to work.
