Anyway both teams i supported winning and expected to , did. Anorthosis beat 3-0 Rabid Viena as i expected since from the Euro i already knew that no Astrian player can shoot or play with any kind of technique . That is all Austrian players other than holy king's favorite player Andreas Ivansitz who scored in Panathinaikos victory. Rangers couldn't win today and it being disqualified wouldn't be such a huge surprise . Bate also won vs Aderlegth . Did i forgot any important match today ?

WISLA KRAKOW LOST

We were leading 1-0 till the 63rd minute, then Beiter Jerusleam tied us and scored again!

THEN WE SCORED!!!! 91st MINUTE YES ... Wait it's offside?

92nd minute, WE SCORED AGAIN!!!!!!! YES YES YES! OFFSIDE??? WTH WTH WTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But there is still a second leg...

hmm you can't even beat a team from Israel when Cypriot teams have done so several times ?

Rabid Viena
 That' a pretty cool typo.

I'm stunned by Rangers failing to beat Kaunas. A bad 2nd leg result and their European season is over. That would be a bit of a come-down from making the UEFA Cup final.

Damn.. i was drinking tea while i was reading this... and now i have to put my cloths in the washer...

dammit, 0-3 in cyprus...
there goes my hope of liverpool coming to vienna...

Hey man at least your childhood friend , Ivanzhiz was on the winning team and scored ! Imagine if anorthosis disqualifies Liverpool ?

That' a pretty cool typo.
Who says that it is a typo ?

we were unlucky.. there is still a second leg, and that was away, so that 1 goal means more then here two goals.

Certainly , Apoel beated Maccabi tel aviv three years ago in the second leg. It is possible.

read about it a while back when i was scheduling my vacation to cyprus.

I think the Cypriot league is underrated. It is pretty good quality, i say equal to that of maybe the ... austrian?

Where did you go ?

I would say equal to maybe the Israeli one , which we have more knowledge about. There is a lot of money in the island that allows teams to buy good players. And since we are Greek, ,many Greek and foreign players that play in the Greek superleauge ( a different league) come in Cyprus. For example 2004 Euro winner Traianos Dellas plays for Anorthosis after a very good year at 2007.

According to my dad, the Jewish team scored one of the goals when all of our guys were arguing with the ref.

Serves them right.
yap i remember that. i was getting something to eat, when they scored. only saw the replay, i was like "where are our players? oh there there talking to the ref... ... ... WHY ARENT THEY DEFENDING?!!!????!"

Where did you go ?

Staying in Limassol, two days i'm gonna go hiking up the mountains/hills/whatever you call them, on another day i'm going to see some greek/pheonican ruins in Paphos or somewhere, and tons of other stuff, it's a tour so they have everything organized.

Well we see vacations in Cyprus in a different way ... I do understand that in a group , you are traveling so that you may see the most things other than relaxing and there is nothing wrong with that actually.

I hope they take you in a sea tour around Akamas , that would be a nice place for a tourist.

Agia Napa is also amazing at night if you are into night life.

What is the name of the Hotel you are staying ?

Panathinaikos drawed Sparta Prague which i am certain we will win eassily. And Anorthosis drawed Olympiakos , the greek team rival of Panathinaikos. And anorthosis is also a Greek Cypriot team. So... i would rather panathinaikos and anorthosis to go on.

Atletico Madrid vs Shalke would be quite a derby also.

I'm not actually sure yet, i think it's a small privately owned hotel just for the tour company. (there are a couple of different tour groups going through different routes, like some from greece, to cyprus and back to greece, some just to cyprus, some from cyprus to egypt some from greece to cyprus to egypt to cyprus etc.)

But losing in the 3rd qulification round would get you into the UEFA Cup, wouldn't it ? Losing in the 2nd round gives you a chance to, ah, concentrate on your domestic tournaments for a season...
