Looks good. If we are to place every personal item here, I guess I'll start out:
Diamondeye carries a small symbol in cut Ivory, the shape of a fist, representing his time as the Hand Of Faith earlier.

Furthermore I would think that he would not own 1000 Y, nor that his house is "modest" (I am thinking a small but comfortable house - perhaps even a hut). You will decide whether you want to change this.

He is the Governor of a City and owner of the NG Gold Mine. You can use your Yenarii for good but if you don't wish to keep it I cannot force you. Give it a week and if you still want to forfeit your starting bonus let me know. I would say a modest house is not very glorious it is fairly low on the list:

I'm starting Dutchfire's Commemorative Ivory Beer glasses. I will be using the ivory from my landgrant to sculpt nice beer glasses.

It costs 2000 Y to start a manufacturing company. You only have 1000 in your cophers. You could take out a real estate loan for up to 1000 Y. You could also take a partner to cover 1/2 the cost. Just some suggestions .

a. Manufacturing- (creating goods from resources)
Base start up cost is 2000 Y. Citizens opening manufacturing companies must either have a land grant containing a resource or be given the rights to the resource by its grantee. 50% of start-up costs go to building construction and the other 50% goes to legal fees and production costs. Once all dues are paid and your license is accepted you can produce anything on your resources item list. Manufacturers cannot sell to the public, only through resalers. If a manufacturer wants to also be a sales center they need to pay the legal expenses to do so.

b. Resale- (selling goods)
Base start up cost is 1000 Y. 50% of start-up costs go to building construction and the other 50% goes to legal fees. Resalers buy goods from manufacturers at wholesale cost and resell them at retail price. A wholesale price is typically 50% of its resale value.

c. Services- (The exchange of intellectual property or labor. No material goods exchanged)
Base start up cost is 500 Y. 50% of start-up costs go to building construction and the other 50% goes to legal fees.

d. Non-profit- (No goods or services exchanged)
Base start up cost is 0 gp. All construction and legal fees are waived.
