It's a nice job, but you should fix the beard seam in his face. It would be a lot better without this "underbeard". A bit of Clone tool and some painting should do the work.

It looks nice on the picture, but.... are you missing anything in the ZIP file? My animation is completely pink, it seems like some dds is missing.

Yup, there is main texture missing. Maybe I deleted it with the ballast. New version is up.

Great start! Looks pretty good, in fact! Just needs a little texturing on the chin and maybe a little more detail on the clothes. That can be done with skinning (I think) and then you're done

hmmm i think Amra's mahgreb leader already has the chin reskinned so maybe that file can be used.
