Since the last game was oversubscribed, I thought we could start another.

No tech trading at all...? Oooo, not very familiar with that option, but OK.

Ragnar for me if available.
 
Like I said, the options are up for debate.
The idea with turning off tech-trading is to prevent several players racing ahead by agreeing to research different techs and trading them to gain an advantage over more isolated players.
There's still room for treachery though, I don't mind personally, but we can vote on it when we have enough players.

I agree with the "no tech trading" option.

I'll take the last slot.

I fancy having a go at the Fin / Cre trait combo so I shall have a crack with William of Netherlands.

I also prefer the no tech trade rule.
