It's 50 civs in the .dll, and yeah, that's why it crashes. Also most scenarios will be mod specific, and/or be saved games, which means they are incompatible with mods that add or take away units, civs, buildings etc.
I asked JEELEN for a scenario for WolfRev, but he's probably too busy with the other scenarios he works on. I wish I could help you, but I don't know of any Scenarios WolfRev compatible, and my focus is on other aspects of modding, so I wol't be making any scenarios for it myself (modding is a hobby you know).
I'd be happy if any scenario/map makers out there made a scenario or two for WolfRev. If does I'll add them to the main WolfRev download, in the maps folder of the mod, so everyone that plays WolfRev automatically gets them.
