Scrolling Main Menu images (Malakim, Calabim, Ljosalfar, Illians, Infernal)

These are background images with race themes with a scrolling "image plane".
I did it for myself and I thought: "Why not to share?"

Download the archive from attachment and unpack in your Fall from Heaven 2 folder. If you want to remove the change, just delete the /Assets/Art/Main Menu/ folder.

Ljosalfar
It shows a forest hamlet, forest windmill, forest mine and a road (most elven "forest" improvements but farm :)). It may be too bright for a dark fantasy setting but Ljos are a quite neutral-good type of race :).

Well the screenshot tells nothing, it's like 1/5 or 1/6 of the long plane. Thanks for the good comment. I was tired of static menu screen so scrolling one is a nice change for me.

I am trying to find a good panorama for some dark race, preferably Sheaim :).
 
Wow, are you planning to do it for all other civs?

Damn, I just remembered that I had a whole slew of really, really kickass fonts. Forgot to back them up when I reinstalled about a month ago. :(

But yes, I really really really want to like it, but the western font.. I'm sorry. I just can't. I completely throws me off as soon as I settle into a nice "Oh, this is nice.."-mode. :)
Edit: Here's a great site. It's where I previously got "kickass fonts". :)
 
Use the font Kael has been using IMO, it fits well. Don't know the name though, sorry. Maybe someone from the team (Kael himself?) can enlighten us.
 
Why the strange lines and the missing menus?
 
I installed the Ljosalfar themed image and it brought tears to my eyes and made me a little dizzy too. But that passed; now I'm all set!
 
Pretty :) . Although I think it would be better off without that transparent rectangle that blocks a part of the image. I think the way Cyther did it looks better - text right on top of the image.
