Four years I've stayed silent on these forums.
Boredom and inspiration seem to come hand in hand nowadays.
This will be my first attempt at a CIV succession game.
Game: Civilization 4 : Beyond the Sword
Mod: Fall from Heaven
Civilization: Amurites
Leader: Dain the Caswallan
Victory: Tower of Mastery only
Difficulty: Emperor
Map script: Erebus
Map size: Standard
Game speed: Normal
Opponents: 11 7 Evil. 2 Neutral. 2 Good.
FfH. Arguably the greatest Civ mod of all time. It's mods like these that have kept us playing CIV (and Civ III) for near a decade.
I personally have a great fondness for the Amurites and their Wizards of the Coast. To further my gaming experience, I almost always stay true to the lore of the game. It adds a tasty flavor.
With this in mind...
Rules:
Must found Empyrean religion. If not, we must declare on those who have and take the holy city.
We must never declare war on a neutral or good civilization. We will fight defensive wars only against our brethren. This point is trumped by the first rule. If we are boxed in by allies, so be it.
We must eradicate the Ashen Veil Shrine if it is built. If the Infernals show, we must eliminate them, as well.
We may only use our world spell after acquiring all mana nodes needed for all the Towers. Simple enough.
I have tagged certain features for our game. I will not name them all, but here are three essentials:
All Unique features enabled.
Barbarian World.
Aggressive AI.
The beginning.
Ready?
Dienekes the Second
fromage67
Lone Wolf
Dominicius
Diamondeye
