*it is difficult to be used to battles cause these weapons travelled only in rails and it cant be used in many battles.in dales combat mod, might find a larger scale use.
However, its something that fills the ww1 Artillery group. If used, this unit requires huge resources and many hammers of production. These units were numbered in the fingers cause of their maintenance expenses.Of course they were extremely destructive, and whenever train artillery supported a field, just a few things remain at one piece in a battlefield.
Nice units (the field guns too) and quite a coincidence as I was thinking about doing an SPA, or Armored Artillery project. (I like how you did the train wheels and find that an interesting way to do certain objects.)
Historicaly rail guns where usually naval guns mounted on a rail chasis and have a slow rate of fire. (Perhaps one to four hours between rounds.) These were usually used to batter down extremely well fortified areas that were all but impregnable to howitzer bombardment. This might be a nice unit to Mod into the game as an expensive ultimate City Defense buster with a national unit limit and high maintenance cost. (That is, until we see how Snafusmith has Modded them into Blood and Iron.)
