Terms of Entry:
There will be no strict turn times as such, but to sign up you must be willing to spend potentially well over one year playing this PBEM game. If you are going to be absent for more than a couple of days please show the courtesy of posting in this thread or the Temporary Leave Announcement thread. If you are absent for more than 10 days and have not contacted any of the players in the game indicating your absence, then you may be replaced permanently by another player.

If you'd like to join this game, please reply to this thread with the following:
1) Your preferred time of day to play and your timezone.
2) Your preferred leaders (of the 4 listed above) in order. If you don't care, just say so.

Notes: Settlers cost 246:hammers: instead of 100:hammers:. Workers cost 54:hammers: instead of 60:hammers:.
However, every new city comes with a free granary, forge, aqueduct and a lighthouse if coastal. If a leader has a trait that would normally reduce the cost of one of the free buildings, the price of the settler in :hammers: is reduced.

5chars

EDIT... Noticed you replied to the other thread with the details. I'll put you down as Washington as only preference. If you could please confirm the time details in the first post are now correct.

I'd like to play as Fredrick
GMT 0 either 10-12 pm or 8-10 am my time

BTW what does require complete kills do?

It means you have to kill everything of a civ for it to be destroyed. You may have all their cities, but if they have a galley floating around or a chariot somewhere, they're still alive.

I decided to go Victoria to make the leader selection easy, so we all got first preference.

I've created the game. I went with the turn order as follows:

PieceOfMind
Deztro
mc-red
slaze

Everyone shouldn't have a problem playing the game during their evening time slot. The morning times didn't match up very well.

I will need Deztro's email address.

Everyone else needs to send their email address to the person above them in the turn order.

Please leave the civ names as they are. Please set your password on the first turn and feel free to enter your email address and SMTP details in the game menu.

Slaze, Please post in this thread when you send the save. I'd like us to all do this for the moment. After some turns when we've established a good rhythm it might be ok to skip the post.
