[MODCOMP] Religious Immigration for RFC

Religious Immigration for Rhye's and Fall of Civilization changes the American Unique Power to include the possibility that immigrants will bring their religion to their new home. When immigration happens, a religion from the source city will be chosen, and in the right conditions, it will spread to the target city. Jewish and Christian immigrants are more likely to preserve their faith in the New World, and American cities with fewer religions are more likely to include rather than assimilate the newcomers. The first religious immigrants to a city will always successfully bring their faith to America.

The zip file simply contains a modified version of the UniquePowers.py file located in Assets\Python. Replace the existing UniquePowers.py file with this one.

It's not directly compatible with DoC (overwriting it with this mod's UniquePowers.py will break many changes to UPs there).

You can try to locate the lines Panopticon changed here and replace them in DoC's files though.

Panopticon's changes to the file are in the end. Search the file for AMERICAN UP or something to that effect and copy and paste everything below this.
