What is the purpose of three eras?

I will describe this 3 Eras you would be able to see if you play with DoaNE(Dawn of a New Era). This description was done with a "normal" mode (a game with 300 turns).

The first Era:

You will trigger it when you found your first city. In this era, you will not be able to buy weapons in Europe. You need tools to arm your soldiers.

There are 2 solutions to trigger it:
- You must to found 2 cities, at least 15% of the people must to support independence and you are at least in the 75 turns of the game.
- You must to be approximately in the 95 turns of the game.

In this Era, you will buy weapons and you will be able to have news soldiers generations.

There are 3 solutions to trigger it:
- You must to found Congress Palace
- You must to start revolution
- You must to be approximately in the 160 turns of the game.

In this Era, you will be able to have news soldiers generations too.
In fact, these are the only soldiers who exist in the basic game.
