2 New MovementLEDs

Y'know those circles at the top of a units health bar that shows whether the unit has moved that turn? While, here's an edit for them.

To implement:
The zip contains two files, on called newcolourmovement and one called fractionalmove.
If you are putting it in a mod or scenario, go to mod name/art/interface, then save the file as MovementLED.
If you are placing it in the game itself, go into the vanilla art, interface, and there will be a file called MovementLED
MAKE A BACKUP
Then rename the file of your choice to MovementLED.

newcolourmovement uses different colours.
Blue = Active
Purple = Moving
Black = Finished

fractionalmove simply keeps the Firaxis colours, but:
Full = Active
Half = Moving
Empty = Finished.

I'll have to try this!! And if it works, it will something new, a nice improvement for the interface :goodjob:
