The Treaty of Shanghai
Sudan: Doesn't care much, however would like to see some form of the Chinese nation.
ICU: Doesn't care much, however would like to see some form of the Chinese nation.
Morocco: The rise of ASEAN power in the Pacific/Indian Ocean is a little unsettling, but the capture of Japan, and finally, a Free Tibetan State, is worth it.

Arabia Umma is Present, and opens it's borders to all True Muslims for pilgrimage to Mecca. Those who have forsaken Allah for the false idols of Capitalism, may they prove themselves worthy before entering!

Is Indonesia still secretary?

New Military Design Proposed

Fanatic Militia. Already training has begun. They are groups of local boys trained in belief in the defence of allah, and armed with AKs, Rocket Launchers and some basic armour. If we are invaded they blend in to the villages, then, when the signal is given, they attack the invader behind their lines. Currently we have Militia groups training in Jidda to defend Mecca and Medina, and Baghdad for the defence of Southern Mesopotamia.

Will complete by 2002 or 2003 1 ASP builds 15,000

Are these designs official?

No one has spent the 1 ASP to create the Fanatic Militia design yet, but as soon as Charles Li or someone else does so, the nation with the design can start making divisions or trading the plans.

Sudan and the Islamic Courts Union wish the treaty would have retained some form of Chinese state, perhaps in the region slated to be annexed to ASEAN, but Asia is far away and they don't care much.

Arabia Umma; are you going to be spending money on your designs? Morocco already has designs currently in the works, and more designs on the ready.

Sudan, ICU; Your points are valid, and make sense. My fear is ASEAN is becoming a bit of a Leviathen, but this is only from what I've seen. Perhaps someone closer to the action, namely Indonesia could explain their feelings.

Well, they already have one. It's just with this deal, it's a more signifigant one. The problem is, I don't think any of us, save for Indonesia took part in the war. So our say is very little. Our best hope is FEAR right now.

Well, at least we have the Power of Oil on our side. I feel that FEAR and ASEAN might start a world war. Although I don't fear FEAR, as they are our ally, ASEAN needs to be checked. Their advance into China is troubling.

Currently I am working on divisions of Clerical Fanatics, who are highly trained to the fact that each asp can get arround 500-2500 of them. They are mentally, spiritually and physically hand picked as missionaries of Allah and defender of the Kingdom. 1 Division is sent to convert Tibetans now.

Well, that alliance is simply technological, though perhaps in the coming years it shall be more so. And democratic, as in, do us nations wish to vote for a secretary every year or so? Or keep Indonesia? I honestly don't know what's going on in that department.
