The Treaty of Mali

Our two great alliances at last, have come together, in an effort to promote world peace, and happiness. For to long have our two great alliances been pursuing the same goals separately. Well, let it be announced, that is no more.
THE TREATY OF MALI OPENING

-In this treaty, the Eastern Coalition is created.
-The Eastern Coalition is an alliance created between the members of Dar-Al-Islam and Comintern.
-The two original alliances will remain intact, and can still act alone, the treaty enforces the following;
- Any attack on a member of the coalition is to be deemed and attack on the whole of the Eastern Coalition
-Free and open technology trading between member countries
-Politically, we must act in the benefit of the Coalition of the whole, not just of ourselves.
-Member countries are to recognize and support the ruling faction of each country (see revolutions).

INFRASTRUCTURE

-Every faction, or alliance has a right to a representative, those currently being Morocco (Dar-Al-Islam) and FEAR (Comintern)
-These faction representatives have the following powers;
-Every nation involved in the Eastern Coalition (EC) has these rights, among others;
-Any major revision of this document is to be voted on.
-The additions of other member states and or alliances are to be voted on.
-These faction representatives have the following powers;
-Representation of their respective alliance, politically
-The right to declare war, with a %51 majority for the war.
-Should be able to effectively lead or push their respective alliance in a beneficial manner.

-Save for War-Time, (see War) every major treaty, bill or revision will be voted on, by member states. For now every member has 1 vote, with a 51% majority needed for it to be passed.-Defend itself by whatever means are necessary

TECH SHARING

-The Eastern Coalition shares it's technology amongst it's member states, regardless of wether or not the state is affiliated to Dar-Al-Islam or Comintern.
WAR
Spoiler :
-Wars are to be group efforts fought for the good of man, and the EC as a whole.
-In the state of war, alliances are to be led by their selected representative.
-These representatives are to coordinate with each other.
-If it is a single nation, not affiliated to an alliance, then it must act as its own representative.
-As stated before, an attack on a single nation of the EC is to be handled as an attack on all members of the EC, unless otherwise noted.-Unapproved first strikes by member nations does no insure EC support, depending on the situation, though support may be requested.
-Revolutions in member states are to be considered the unlawful take over of a country, and will not tolerated. The EC will strive to put the original governing body into power once more.-Civil Wars are to also be considered an unlawful take over of a member states country, and as such, support will be sent to the original governing body.
WORLD AFFAIRS

-While nations are encouraged to often act as themselves, stirring up world tension is not support by the EC.
-Any treaties with other non-EC countries are to be treated as null, until approved by the EC.
-Any nation, or alliance wishing to apply for EC membership must meet certain requirements, before even being considered
-The nation must be willing to dedicate itself to our cause.
-The nation must accept the laws of the EC
-The nation must recognize EC stances and support them
-The nation must be ready to defend the EC against its enemies.
-The nation must not have previous engagements or treaties that would impede on the EC
-A nation need not be in an alliance for application, single states are accepted.-The nation must accept the laws of the EC

-In that scenario, it is to act as its own entity, and represent itself.
-Entire alliances are also accepted, and will be given full rights.For now, this is the treaty, revisions that may be made, will be updated with a notification.
