Reduce it to something like 7 players. 7 players is, in my opinion, the maximum amount of players that a PBEM can manage to run smoothly.

Ok, sounds good.

If you want an 18-civ game, it's better if you use Pitboss instead. The only issue with those pitbosses is finding hosts for them.

On Civs, I'll get back on this one, having a little think!

My only slight concern is that Praetorians might prove a little bit OTT on these settings? Ah well, they're not aggressive at least?

I've never been aggressive before....

...but then I've never played Rome before :mischief:

Actually, I've only just noticed the map changed from huge to standard.
I might rethink this...
