Based on Israel/Joecoolyo's and Pacifistan/Owen Glyndwr's recommendations, this thread has been opened to allow the posting of dice rolls(and therefore battle statistics). It will also list current wars as they appear.

Rollers will simply give their results here; I can add the counterattack/distance bonuses/penalties to give the final result.

Current Wars:

Maryland Empire(under Israeli administration until end of war) vs. USA

Israel, CCCP, Tibet and Choxornese Empire vs. USA

Current Battles:

Battle of Trenton, NJ
Second Battle of New York
Fourth Battle of Panama
Battle of Boston

Occupied Territories:

Maryland - Occupies small areas(10 pixels) outside it's borders
CCCP - Occupies New York City

Here's something handy for the dice-challenged. :)

I would use the first dice for the attacker, and the second for the defender. This means you use the defender dice if you're defending, and the attacking dice if you're attacking.
 
Battle of Maryland(Started March 18, 2010, 2:31 PM Pacific Time; Ended March 19, 2010, 12:29 PM Pacific Time):

USA(attacker) vs. Maryland(Defender)

Attacker's roll: 3 - 2
Neutral Roll 1: 2 - 5
Neutral Roll 2: 2 - 3
Neutral Roll 3: 2 - 6
Defender's Roll: Not needed

Result: Maryland defeats United States; Maryland gets a counterattack bonus should it decide to strike back at the USA.

CSA(attacker) vs. Maryland(Defender)

Attacker's roll: 5 - 1
Neutral Roll 1: 5 - 5
Neutral Roll 2: 5 - 6
Neutral Roll 3: 3 - 3
Defender's Roll: 3 - 5

Result: Maryland routs CSA Army. Maryland can attack the CSA, but any of it's counterattack bonuses will be cancelled out by the distance penalty.

Remember that once this battle is done, you can get the CSA to attack Maryland as well, given that Droopy left you in charge of their nation for a bit.
 
So, the Neutral Earthling rolls 3 times, or something?
 
All right, I was told currently there are two battles that need to be rolled - the USA vs. Maryland and the CSA vs. Maryland. I don't know if Tanicius wants to assign results but he told me for this one to list attack vs. defense roll, obviously I know he/others are responsible for interpreting what the results actually mean; or if I should post on this thread (though looks to me like I could be posting on this thread) or what, but here are the battle results. If the format/what I should do changes in the future just tell me.

MM, you can avoid the "shouting block" if you replace your capitalized I's with lower-case L's.

Shouldn't completely neutral players do the rolls?

I think Pacifistan, Tibet, or Cordinia should, they seem the most neutral out of everyone.

Neutral roll 3: 5 - 4
Defender's roll: 1 - 5 (rolled a six, but counterattack bonus removes one from USA's score)

Result: Maryland wins 3, USA wins 2. Maryland takes Washington, D.C. and surroundings.

Remember to roll for the USA in the defense of Washington, D.C., as well. ;)

Hmm - I'll try to check this thread since it seems to be where it's going down but if you ever need to PM me for war/dice results then do so. I assume I'm the Neutral again right now?
