Unrestricted Leaders: Yes or No?
Now that we know that we'll have 1 civ per team (no double civs), it's time to vote on whether or not to allow unrestricted leaders. For those who don't know:
Unrestricted Leaders = Any leader can be played with any civ. So for instance, you could have Gandhi of the Mongols, or Hannibal of Egypt. Basically we would try to pair the best traits with the best UU/UB/starting techs. Personally, I am in favour of unrestricted leaders - if we're only having one civ per team, we might as well have some flavour with that civ.

Normally I don't like unrestrictive, but it would be interesting to see how each team chose to play their civ this way, so 'Unrestrictive'.
