In spring 334 BC, Alexander the Great crossed the Hellespont with an army of about 35,000 infantry and 5,000 cavalry (i know how to spell that right now
), starting the first of his many conquests which would go all the way to India. What would have happened had Alexander been stopped at his landing or if he had been able to hold his empire? There are many possibilities for the writers of this NES. I give you RTOR 4!
I realize we are getting close to the holidays for many, and that some people will be going on vactions, so i picked what will most likely be a relatively short NES. This will be modded and told in the same form as RTOR 2 was.
It is Spring of 334 BC. Alexander of Macedonia has begun his historic invasion of Persia. Egpyt is in revolt against the Persian Empire forcing the Persians to send their navy to Egpyt to quell the revolts and leaving their coast undefended. Rome has begun their slow rise into power and Carthage remains a powerful city-state.
