The planet Lerth is one of peace. The races and kiongdoms live near each other with peace. But one man wishes to change that. Finding the Book of Doom, a powerful spell book on Death Island he learned of the past and of the dark powers.
3000 years earlier:
The Ruler of the ruler of the kingdom of Hal, Grath greedly invaded the dwarven kingdom of Hillva. The dwarves were beaten back farther and farther. Finally the Elven kingdom Loral came to the rescue. Forces from around the world came to fight, as far as the western continent. The Grand Alliance as it was known between the elves, dwarves, humans and orcs fought the undead army. The Dark Lord was trapped forever in a spell and he was cast to the island of doom, which had drifted from the mainland due to heavy fighting with magic.
Present:
The Wizard Hork has finished deciphering the Book of Doom and has raised an evil army. He plans to use his power and conquer the world.

There are 12 nations in this world. 3 Human, 3 Elf, 2 Dwarf, 2 Orc, 1 Skaven and 1 Undead.
Humans: They are magicly and physically weaker then other races as a result they turn to technology to save their hides. They like citys and towns.
Advantages: Research -10% cost +1 At/Defense on Plains
Dis. Advs.: Wizards get -1 Attack -1 At/Df on Mts/Forests
Elves: The oldest and wisest of races. They are masters with bow and their magic is unmatched. Their forests are their homes.
Adantage: Archers- +1 Attack +1 At/Df in Forest
Dis Adv: -1 At. to Soldier -1At/Df in Plain/Mts
Dwarves: Small but strong. they live in their mountain mines. The Dwarven mines are known as the best in the world.

Orcs: Large, strong green creatures. Their fighting skill and strength strikes fear in enemy hearts.
Adv: +1 At to Soldier
Dis Adv: -1 Df to Wizards
Skaven: Giant rats that were once used by Grath in his wars. They have been exiled to the Rat island.
Adv: Population increase of 15%
Dis Adv: Buldings: 125% build time
Undead: The living dead. Roused by their sleep by the book of Doom. They carry the plauge and can be brought back.
Advs: Gives Plauge. Immune to Plauge. 15% chance destroyed unit comes back to life.

Knight: The knight is an armored horseman
At: 4 De: 4 HP: 4 Cost: 30 per 1000
Wizard: Powerful wizrds protect the old wisdom and use magic
At: 5 De: 6 HP: 4 Cost: 50 per 1
Upkeep: Each Soldier, Archer or Knight unit requires 1 food per turn

At: 0 De: 1 HP: 1 Cost: 5 Gold per group/500 sailors (Carries 1000 troops)
Galleon group: Used to attack or defend transports

Gold: Gold is the main source of money. Used to buy everything.
Food: Used to feed armies
Lumber: Used to make ships and fix them
HEALING
Once a unit recieves damage you can pay 1 gold to fix each HP point.
POPULATION
Each tribe has a population. From here they pull together an army/navy. They also have a work force on mines, farms or lumber yards. If the population is not all used for work/military they are unemployed and can be drafted.
Your population increases size 10% each turn. this is only from the working/non-working population. Not military.

When building a building you need to state which sector it is in.
Farm(2000 workers): Produces 2 food per turn

Each tribe starts with 1 citry. Each sector can hold 1 city. The city automaticlly produces 5 gold per turn from taxes.
PLAUGE:
Once a undead army has crossed into a territory the people contract the plauge. It will then be spread across the nation and stop any population gain. If untreated it will start to kill off 5% of the population per turn.
Treat plauge- 1 food and 10 gold per turn
After 3 turns- Pop. increase of 5% each turn
After 5 Turns- Plauge defeated.
After it is defeated it can't effect the people of that country for 5 turns, then it can mutant and attack again(if undead in teritory).
COMBAT:
Each is done on a roll of a 10 side dice. The attack power say is 2 then it needs a 1 or 2 to cause damage and say hits. All hits are 2 damage. The defense say is 5. And a 4 is rolled. the unit defends itself and the damage is brought down to 1.
Then if the attack fails and the defense succeds then the defenders cause one damage to the attacker.
