Quantity-based resource system?

Is this mod what I think it is? A quantity-based resource system for Colonization?

It appears, based on the screenshots, to implement such a system. If I'm correct in assuming that, it would be very cool. However, the mod has no readme or description (other than "SDK modcomp").

The author has only posted three times, though he has uploaded several files. I suppose that he might be more active on one of the non-English-language Civilization sites, but as I don't speak any language other than English I wouldn't know.

I refuse to install any mod that doesn't actually explain what it is (not just any mod, any program), so I haven't tried it out. I see 44 people have, though- do they have anything to say about it?

Judging from the screenshots, it seems that he has implemented two system: one of mineral deposits being limited (will end after a certain amount is mined), which is a very cool idea. The other one is that instead of each commodity having a maximum limit it can be stored, they all share one limit, excepting for food (as, in the second screenshot, the 150 muskets occupy 150 of the common stocking capacity, while the +3 ore are adding +3 to the use of the common stocking capacity, while the amount of food increased is ignored).

Yes, I did.

Of course he doesn't have to provide any description of what the mod does. But I do think that more people might have downloaded it if there was more description- even a few sentences only.

That's part of the reason I started this thread, in fact, to draw attention to the modcomp.
 
Was just lurking around here...you maybe might want to contact Nevermind to ask, if he can help you. IIRC he's moderator at civfanatics.ru, where also Nev...er...that guy is active. He might be able to help you with the language barrier.
