Ok, ladies and gentlemen (do girls play civ? do they dream of electric sheep too? food for thought), here's the thing, post a UA that would make sense in Civ V, for any civilization in the game, even if it's a civ that was featured in a previous game of civ. Here's a couple to start with.

America - Mission Accomplished: Conquered City-states turned Puppet-states provide +1 Oil resource and +4 Unhappiness.

Greece - Dinner at Hell: Units next to a mountain get a +100% defensive bonus and a +50% defensive bonus for each adjacent unit, up to a maximum of +300%.

Russia - Worker's Paradise. Industrial and military buildings give +1 happy.
China - Rewritten history. Unhappiness in conquered cities falls even without a courthouse, and declines 50% faster.
England - Stiff Upper Lip. Gains +1 happy for every 3 turns at war.
Egypt. Pharoah's Revenge. All enemy troops within your borders have a 25% chance of taking 1 damage every turn.

France - Retreat!: Your units do not use a movement point when leaving the zone of control of an enemy unit (actually that could be pretty useful)

India - Sacred cow: Cattle resources act as luxury resources, providing happiness. The worked tile's food bonus is replaced with +1 culture/turn.

Ottomans: Istanbul was Constantinople, now it's Istanbul not Constantinople...: +10 culture from renaming a city after conquest.

Russia: Satellite States: 3x influence gain from gifting nukes to a city state

Aztec: Montezuma's Revenge: Enemy units within your borders have movement reduced by half to spend more time in the toilet.

America - staged moon landing: can announce a space victory without actually achieving it, pausing other civs' space race progress for 3 turns

Japan - Kamikaze: an invisible typhoon patrols Japan's coast and deals with any enemy vessels swiftly, expires with steam

If a Japanese aircraft is killed during combat, a random nearby enemy land/sea unit is damaged

Iroquois- Colonization: More vunerable to enemy civs settling on your continent.

Cool topic!

France-Cheese eating surrendeur monkeys: Can sue for peace on the second turn of war, or after losing two units :p

India-Water tasting trip: enemy units stationed next to rivers lose health.

America-Big macs: Extra gold, but increased bad health from cows.

USA: Obesity - After modern age +1 happyness, +50% production cost of infantry

Russia: Worker's paradise - After modern age worker production is 50% cheaper but they die from hunger after they do 5 tasks.

Japan: Tentacle porn - After modern age invading infantry lose 50% strength due to exposure to weird animated pornography.

USA: Keeping Up With The Kardashians: -50% unhappiness from city size and number of cities, -25% science, -25% production, +25% gold on discovery of Mass Media.

India: Outsourcing: India's production and gold output are each increased 5% per civilization or city state with whom they are friendly.

England: Boston Tea Party: Unhappiness from annexed cities decreased 50%, but annexed cities do not share trade goods or gold. Naval units within the borders of an annexed city may be randomly lost each turn.

Com'on people! Please show a bit love for our Asian neighbours!

Siam: Buddha Boom: +1 :culture: for every Monument/Temple and +2 :) for every Temple under the Theocracy Social Policy.

Adopting a religion (I hope they come back in an extension, but with less diplomacy impact than in civ4) which activates an additional social policy tree that is unique for all religions. The state religion can be changed at the same terms as for a social policy (if that is possible). No culture is needed for activating the religion SP, however, the subtree elements are handled as a normal social policies.

Unique effects of a Religion are active for all cities in which this religion is active.

Buddhism (Love all Life): +1 food on hills, +1 food from non meat resources, -1 food from meat and fish resources, can not raise cities

Hinduism (Hide and Seek of the Shiva): +1 happiness for every other religion present in the city, -1 Food from Cow

Judaism (Credit of the Sabbath): 6 of 7 turns +20% Gold, every 7th turn: -50% gold and +1 happiness for every not-specialize citizen.

Confucianism (Moral Perfection): Every 100 turns: permanent +2 culture per turn.

Christianity (Principle of Sunday): 6 of 7 turns +15% hammer, every 7th turn: -50% hammers and +2 culture for every not-specialize citizen.

Taoism (Principle of Harmony): +1 happiness for mutual open borders if cultural borders touch each other, causes 1 + unhappiness for 10 turns on the attacker if city gets attacked

Islam (Logic of Religion): +2 science from mathematics, writing and compass, pig tiles become impassible

Siam: One Night in Bangkok: +1 movement for units belonging to allied city-states when within your borders. (but they have to get their kicks above the waistline, sunshine)

Russia: "In Soviet Russia...": Your and your enemy's combat odds swap the other way around when fighting in your own territory. Must have Order as a Social Policy.

German new UA is "Agressive exports" which means that every turn a small sum of money is automatically transferred from Greece to Germany in return for some luxury resource.

Greek new UA is "sweep-under-the-carpet budgeting" which means that every 100 turns or so a huge sum of money is transferred from Germany (back) to Greece.
