[FIXED] Using certain characters (such as colon) in save names creates bad files

Some characters (such as the question mark) are simply disallowed (save becomes grayed out when one is present), and that is NOT a bug but a limitation of the file system.

However, some characters do NOT gray out save and try to create the file. You end up with a size 0 file that cannot be deleted. The colon character is the one that caused this issue for me.
 
Hopefully chkdsk /f works, since I'm even unable to delete this file from Windows Explorer, actually. I get the following:
