[SUGGESTION] Preferences not stickying

I've had a problem write now with a lot of preferences not sticking on my game. The Show Queue check, which display should appear on top and a few others. Everytime I load or start a new game they are back to default. Is this a bug, feature, or there is an option somewhere I can't find?

From UserSettings.ini, there doesn't seem to be any options to show queue or anything. I'll add it as a suggestion.
