[FIXED] Advanced Ballistics quote/voiceover mismatched

Advanced Ballistics - quote upon completing research is "Once the rockets are up, who cares where they come down?" and the voiceover is "Our scientific power has outrun our scientific power. We have guided missiles and misguided men."

I had a quick check through the civilopedia, none of the Industrial and onward techs have the latter quote. Haven't checked the wonders or anything yet.
