[UI] All Promotions description in tooltip

Last version 8 is on mod browser of game now. You can find mod with "Gilestiel" text search.

- version 8 is for compatibility for patch 1.0.1.135
- Show all promotions description and effects of unit have earned in tooltip.
- Group some promotions with level I, II, III (version 5).
- Display current fortification of unit (version 6)

To display tooltip, just move the mouse over unit icon in panel on bottom left when you have selected an unit

Examples :

Incompatible with mod modify bottom left panel of unit.

This is a nice mod, I downloaded it and thank you. It was always annoying that with enough promotions you couldn't see what the unit had, as the unit picture would cover them up.

The last version is little more compact and if description text is same that promotion name, is display only the name.

You can find mod with "Gilestiel" text search.

@Thalassicus : Same as you, that's why i have take little time to made this feature.

I think, it could be useful if you group the same promotions type and display only the whole bonus. For example:

Shock I, II & III: +65% combat strength when fighting in OPEN terrain (NO hill, forests, jungle).

I can group some promotions and calculate total.
I have done for barrage, accuracy, shock and drill promotions in the next version of mod.
And I can group some other promotions...

The blue percentage is calculated from data promotion.

Very nice!
Maybe to clarify you could add a "sum" sign (the capital greek letter sigma) before the calculated total?
i.e. Barrage I, II (Σ=+50%)

I have change the way to display, i change directly the string description percentage only ( i want to keep a multilanguage mod... ) .

I calculated from data unit and just change % value in string, for the result below. Better ?

Thank for support. A minor new feature in last version (6) , i have added the current fortification of unit if > 0.

Thanks for feedback.

I play with my mod ( current version 8 ) with last version of Civ V. Strange. Perhaps have you another mod that broke my mod ? Some mods use the same file that i use.

Can you test my mod alone to check this is not a conflict with another mod.

Yes sorry, I just tested it by itself. It works. It conflicts with the MOD 'Unofficial Patch and Thals Balance (v 70)' (Although I have deleted the Thals Balance bit), problem occured when upgrading from v69 to v70... ....So, I have a tough decision to make.

The unofficial patch displays promotions over the unit flags, so it's probably less necessary to look at the promotions at the bottom-left of the screen.
