Netherlands Dual

My first map for only 2 empires, I tried to make it as balanced as possible even though the rivers in the south may be a little too much.
Map is not 100% realistic to add some personality to it.

Please set civilizations to 2 and city states to 1 or it will get far too crowded.

and it should work.

Edit: Should be duel, not dual...
