[FIXED] Improper Lake Created Due To Ice

Attached. The game should open right to the location of the lake. It's a couple of tiles north of the "southern polar region" with the two lake tiles on the west and south-west side of the water tile. FWIW I noticed this when I saw the "farm" worker option where I wasn't expecting it.
I can confirm it. (from the savegame)
It seems that when checking for whether to designate water as a lake or ocean, water under ice is not counted as being part of the same body. I would say this is not what was intended.
