BTR80 is russia made APC. You may use it as troop transport (like truck ) or as russian's Mech infantry UU. Also I suugest you to give an amphibious assault property to this unit because it is an amphibios. And here are the stats I'm using:

Cost:12 A:12 ( like original Mech Inf)
D:16 ( lighter armour ) but
M: 3 ( faster movement because of wheeled chassis)

Resources are up to you.

Looks like a sexy beast, yes. I'll have to DL it and try it out. Hopefully that cursed rockingness is out. Also, did you remove the smoke screen thingy?
 
As find myself to be a fan of APC's. they are very handy stuff in game. Unfontunatelly AI doesnt use them as intended.

In january I try to make german APC "MARDER". So, stay tuned. :)

not really... someone earlier made an announcement about MARDER, so I decided to switch my efforts on making cruise missile transport/lancher.
