[FIXED] Stuck between turns

Ok so im two turns away from winning a space victory but for some reason when i end turn at 2021 the game gets stuck after china takes over geneva...

other functions still work... talking to leaders and trading and stuff but the game will just sit there with please wait... forever....

sad T_T

I can confirm it.

Ending turn 443, or 2021AD, China takes Geneva and the game just gets stuck. You can still move the map around, select units and cities etc., but the mouse cursor just keeps spinning forever and you can't have your turn.

Then a note from another thread: You should be able to save the game at this state and after reloading it should go on.

I can confirm this bug, but when you give Geneva units asap the city state will
destroy all the Chinese units and the game continues without problems.
