what does this even mean?
 
Here's a good idea: lets make the dude who was in love with the worst Civilization of all of them enough to mod it into the lead designer of a civ game. Can't see what will go wrong here!

Remember when vanilla Civ 4 had a crippling memory leak that would basically destroy the game after like an hour. That was still more fun and interesting to play than Civ 5.
