Let's talk Michelle.
The year is 2150. In the late 1900's, Soviet Union and the United States of America were locked in a Cold War of epic scale, with the future of mankind hanging in the balance. But both sides trudged on stubbornley as possible, with the whole brunt of each others nuclear arsenals at the ready to be launched at a moments notice.
But scientific advancement made nuclear holocaust a thing of the past. So the Soviets and Americans began biological war programs en masse, citing it as the "weapon of the future". Instead, one of the man made diseases managed to spread across the world, killing millions. In the chaos that ensued, nations were disolved, cultures destroyed, and scientific advancement seriously stalled.
Now, 200 years after the Great Plague, and the Global Civil War, nations are finally back to where they were before the plage spread. They are finally back to "the civilized age". It's your turn to lead one of the many aspiring nations to glory in a world struggling to move forward. This worlds technology is slightly ahead of our time. 5-10 years tops. But in terms of infrastructure, they are seriously lagging. Old technologies are being revisited, as new ones are being created. Should you have any question regarding the tech, feel free to ask me.
Players – Anybody can play this NES, but I reserve the right to decline a player a specific faction, or to even play at all.
Stories – I enjoy stories in my NES. It keeps things fluid, and adds more detail to the world, so feel free to write them up. Any story that obviously had some time put into it will allow will be rewarded come the update. I will only reward you for one story, so writing 5 wont get you 5 bonuses. Though it will make me very happy.
Updates: The question "When is the update" will never be answered. On the first post, the deadline for orders and the approximate time for the update will be there. My updates are usually long, and detailed. That being said, I like taking my time with them. I will always attempt to get them posted within a day or so of the actual deadline, but no promises. Sometimes RL get's in the way, and you'll have to wait a week. Of course, I'll give you guys updates on the update.

Losing territory, or getting bombed obviously can cause a loss to your EP. Gaining territory, likewise, can allow you to gain EP. EP can be banked.
And this is your military, seperated into Army, Navy, and Airforce units. 1 EP can buy 5 Divisions, Groups, or Squadrons.

Background: New Zealand, enjoying it's relative seclusion from the rest of the world found itself relatively unscathed by the plague, and the ensuing Global Civil War. Riding on this luck, New Zealand invaded, and captured much of Eastern Australia and proclaimed itself as the Oceanic Federation.
The nation name, and player. The Oceanic Federation/NPC
What type of government you have, and where your capital is located. Should you wish to name the person who leads your nation, I'll include it up here also.Republic, Sydney
This is how many spending points your nation generates per turn. Smaller nations will obviously make small amounts, whilst larger ones make larger amounts. Your Economic Points, or EP can be spent on a wide array of things, wether it be military units, domestic expansion, or any number of other things. To expand your economy, you have to spend it on internal improvements, such as reworked railroads, mining projects, etc. Be creative.Economic Points: 2
Losing territory, or getting bombed obviously can cause a loss to your EP. Gaining territory, likewise, can allow you to gain EP. EP can be banked.
Stability is how stable your nation is internally, ranked 1 to 10. As your nation gets closer to 1, expect more and more rebellions, and all the effects a rebellion could sensibly bring, such as a loss of EP, weaker military etc. However, a higher stability could also lead to more production, more EP and a stronger military.Stability: 7
Army: 5 Divisions
Navy: 5 Groups
Air Force: 5 Squadrons
And this is your military, seperated into Army, Navy, and Airforce units. 1 EP can buy 5 Divisions, Groups, or Squadrons.
Because I'm a sucker for UU's, I will allow each nation to have up to one at anytime. It costs 5 EP to develop your own Unique Unit. Should you wish to build one, you just have to pay the cost, and inform me what exactly it is you want. These units can be army, navy, or airforce.Unique Unit:
Here I'll keep anything else in your stats. Be it a spy agency you set up (for 2 EP) or any assortment of building projects. They go here.Other:
