Sid him self. I'd love to see how his game would turn out.
 
Brian Reynolds has the best track record in my opinion.

Haha. :lol: I'm not a computer programmer, I don't know how to write code, so I think that's a no. But if Firaxis wanted to pay me to be a design consultant, I'm all for it! :D

More seriously, I actually do have a vision about how to design a Civ game, I should get around to typing that up soon...
