I made these to have a standard 4 era / 5 culture city set for snow terrains such as Balthasar's Winter Terrain.

It's not actually snow, but a simple palette remix of Snoopy's excellent city sets.

If you have a set in mind I could remix the colors like I did with these. I can't build cities from scratch, though.
