2025 update: In the over-a-decade since I made this originally, Coffeejunkie made a dedicated Zulu artstyle in their Ethnicae mod. I've also simplified the progression a little bit to just be Zululand -> South Africa.

I'm sure they'll be DLC in Civ 7.

2025 Update!

In the years since I made this, Coffeejunkie's Ethnicae came out and brought with it a dedicated Zulu unit set. I've also in general simplified the unit progression to just be Zulu -> South Africa, rather than mixing the Boers in there.

Ancient, Classical, Medieval, and early Renaissance are Coffeejunkie's Zulu units
Late Renaissance and Early Industrial are taken from Realism Invictus
Late Industrial/Modern are mostly Coffeejunkie graphics as well, in this case his late-game African units.

Also includes various vehicles by SnafusSmith, KrugerPritz, and Walter Hawkwood.
