SP or MP? Because in SP you could mod it, but AFAIK MP does not allow mods.

You do not need to buy DLC to get the wonders. I didn't buy it.

And modding is a bit above my head, isn't there a simpler way? Such as deleting the info file for wonders in the XML?

I'm assuming you mean disable "some" wonders....

I would think if you are going to mod anything, you would just nerf the offending NWs?
