Thanks, but I don't need units, I need exactly 3D models (.3ds , .max , .obj , ... )

He's already asked me... but maybe he can publicly answer this question.

Why would I spend the last 8 years and nearly $1000, collecting models from various websites, games, people, etc etc etc etc etc..... and just GIVE them to someone I barely know without even a hint of compensation. Please note that I have in the past GIVEN models to various people on this forum that have shown promise as unit makers... but I never heard from them again.

What is in it for me? Oh, btw... I have 7 of those models.

You want to use them for 'another game'? You come here trying to waste our time asking people to making units for another game? Nevermind, I won't be doing the russian infantry you asked.

Well, I don't know how great Civ 4 conversions would come out anyways. Takes too long to rig a model from scratch in 3ds and get it working properly (for me at least). There are probably alot of games out there that could have military infantry units converted from. Might be better off looking for something other than Civ 4 units to get from.

Why? They are for Civ 3, where also I can use infantry from Civ 3 except Civ 3? Nowhere! I just requested 3D models - after that first i would use them for my game,and second i would create some pack of PLA units for Civ 3

To answer your question, you can use isometric sprites in pretty much any game that uses isometric spites.

Does Civ 4 even have the units you specifically want?
