Hi,there are some new or changed in the XXI century flags:

Democratic Republic of the Congo since 2006

Venezuela 8 stars' flag since 2006

Iraq since 2008

Morocco сivil ensign

It is not new, but its existence is known only in Morocco, at least for me it is new
