Out in the middle of a forrest, on top of a hill.

Scout 1: Ah, look at that view, Steve, you can see miles from here.

Steve: You can Bob, see the river in the distance?

Bob: Yes, there is some man there, holding a sword? Spear? Bow? I can't tell what it is, can you?

An arrow flies through the air, striking Steve in the chest.

Bob: I asked you a question Steve, please answer, Steve? Steve??

Looks at Steve, who is dead on the ground.

Bob: No! Steve, answer me please! Steve?

Another arrow strikes Bob in the back, he falls dead over Steve.

Chapter 1: The Bengining of the Tribe

Tribe Leader Pericles: We have traveled this land, looking for a place to shelter us from these "barbarians", and I think we found it. The River Marathon runs through these lands, known as the Desert of Hades, and this would be a place no barbarian shall ever come. I name this place, Athens, the shelter that we seek, a city shall remain ungrasped by the barbarian hand.

Pericles: So, what do you all make of this.

The Oracle: Well, wouldn't gods to look after us would be helpful. After all, they can kill the barbarians as they enter our land.

Pericles: Yes, researchers, get right on that.

Steve: Sir, I would like for me and Bob to go out into the wilderness, to look for people that might still live out there, and bring them here.

Bob: I never agreed to this.

Pericles: Very well go, find people.

A couple days pass.

Steve: Sir, we found a tribe, they have given us gold, maybe we could use this as payment to the scribes that work so hard?

The Oracle: Yes, the gods will not help us unless we have proper gifts to them.

The Oracle's Mind: Yes, I could make some new jewerly for myself now.

Bob: We found another tribe, also handing over some gold yo us.

Pericles: Ok, I will send it to The Oracle

Chapter 2: The Search for a God.

The Oracle: Sir, I think we are we are close to finding a god or gods to help us. See, I thought, if we held them in high regard, ans sent sacrifices to them, they might come. I call this mysticism.

Pericles: So, have any gods sent words they will help us?

The Oracle: Erm..... no. But I will keep trying.

Pericles: Any progress yet?

The Oracle: No, though I have thought that if we meditate, the gods might come and talk to us there.

Pericles: So, no gods yet?

The Oracle: No.

Alex: Hello sir, I am the map maker, and you might enjoy this map.

Pericles: What is it?

Alex: Our influence has expanded across the land, our tribe is large now!
