Mod for Live Tuner - adds new "Technologies" and "Policies" panels, and adds "Upgrade" buttons to the Selected Unit panel.
Technologies Panel: Grant/Revoke any tech. Selecting a tech grants that tech and all pre-req techs, deselecting a tech revokes that tech and any techs dependant on it.

Policies Panel: Grant/Revoke any available policy. Selecting a policy grants that policy and all pre-req policies (unlocking the branch if necessary), deselecting a policy revokes that policy and any policies dependant on it (and locks the branch if appropriate)

Selected Unit Panel: Adds "Upgrade" and "Goody Hut" buttons, to upgrade a unit normally or as if it had been upgraded via a goody hut.
Also includes the Notifications Panel: Add messages (notifications) to the right hand scrolling message window.
After the mod has downloaded you will need to copy the four .ltp files to your C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\sid meier's civilization v\Debug directory
These panels require the mod to be installed and active (the code is provided in the mod, not the panels themselves)
These mods can be found on the ModHub under Other
