This is my first mod uploaded to Civfanatics and adds the Byzantine Empire to the Game.
Leader: Justinian I
Unique Unit: Cataphract, has more :c5strength: strength than the Knight.
Unique Building: Cathedral, Replaces monastery, provides more :c5culture: culture, and doesn't need wine or inscense
Unique Trait: Center of the World: :c5goldenage: Golden Ages last 30% longer and you gain +1 :c5culture: each turn.
note has no new art or Pedia text

Gaining +1 culture a turn in a golden age seems quite, well, rubbish to be honest! I'd personally suggest +1 culture for every 5 citizens in a city for the golden age and that's still a little weak IMHO.

well you don't get it just in golden ages you get it through all of the game
