To join in, choose 5 provinces, a color, and a name. RPing will be rewarded in various ways, and powergaming will be punished in a way that I shall decide based on the severity. Updates should be once every three days, allowing you time to have diplomacy, make strategies, and backstab your closest friends. I reserve the right to change update speed at my leisure.

Claiming/Colonies
Spoiler :
You get 5 XP per turn, which does not store, and you cannot trade it. Each XP lets you expand into one province. Each province gives you 1 Money Point per turn.
Colonies are anything that is not on your continent, and they can only be created once you have a Naval Tech of 4. If you are a nation that spans two continents without going over the ocean (IE: Around Russia, the Middle East, Central America), then you have to pick one continent that is your "main" continent, but you can ignore the Naval Tech requirement so long as your colonies are contiguous with your main empire. You can create a number of colonies equal to your Colonial Tech (More on tech below). For example, if your Colonial Tech is 4, you can create 4 colonies a turn. Colonies earn .5 MP per province per turn.

Trade
Spoiler :
Trade is limited to trade agreements. You can have one trade agreements per two Trade Tech levels (4 Trade Tech, 2 Trade Agreements). Each Trade Agreement will give you 5 MP per turn times your Trade Tech level. You can only create Trade Agreements with bordering nations. However, if you have Naval Tech, you can trade with nations that are X naval provinces away from you, X being your Naval Tech. Both traders must have enough Naval Tech to start a trade agreement.
Combat/Military
Spoiler :
Armies cost 1 MP. Navies cost 2 MP. Combat will be done with RNGs. I will get a number for each side, then add the amount of troops both sides are sending to the battle. Then, I will use Army Tech as a multiplier at a rate of each level of tech giving a 10% multiplier. Roleplaying may also grant you a bonus. The loser of the battle will lose in Armies the difference between the final numbers. If the attack is a sneak attack, or the defending side didn't bother to specify how much defense they wanted, it will be 10% of their overall forces.
If you are attacking or defending a province that is on another continent, then you will require 1 Navy per 5 Armies in the battle. An attacker sending 100 Armies overseas will require 20 Navies to transport them, for example. You can only transport troops as far as your Naval Tech will allow. Defenders or attackers can commit some Navies to intercept transports, and combat will begin as usual, but with Navies and Naval Tech in place of Armies and Army Tech.

Technology
Spoiler :
There are four techs: Colonial, Trade, Army, and Navy. Each is described below, with effects.
Colonial: You can found colonies in an equal amount as your Colonial Tech level.
Trade: You can create one Trade Agreement per two levels. Trade Agreement income increases by five for every level of Trade Tech.
Army: Increases your modifier in battle by 10% for each level.
Naval: At level 4, you can begin colonizing. Each level increases the distance you can land troops and make Trade Agreements.
There is a maximum of 10 levels for every tech, and you start at 0 for everything. That's right, at the beginning, you cannot found any colonies, you cannot land troops anywhere not on your mainland, and you cannot create Trade Agreements. Level 1 costs 10 MP, then Level 2 cost 20, Level 3 costs 30, and so on.
