Hot seat: Players can see resources which were discovered by other players

Just thought i should report it here too, even without savegame:
There are 2 reports (in german, #1, #2) that you can see resources, which another player discovered.

That means:
- In a total black area clean spots with resources on them might appear
- You might be able to see resources which you should not be able to see yourself (missing tech prereqs, etc)

Is anyone else getting this too?

Was playing around with hotseat for the first time, controlling several civs myself. I noticed that if the resource icons are turned on, the resource icons of the other human players appear in the fog. I can scroll around and find the other humans half a map away by their patch of resource icons in the fog.

I am having a bug where the second human player (of 2 players) cannot get all of the resource icons to display. I think it maybe hiding resource icons that player 1 would be able to see - even tho player 2 should be able to see them. Only seems to happen after loading a saved game.
